It feels like 80% of the TA Future Stars are 3B...one of them should fit the bill.
TA Torres and POTM Didi are also solid free cards.

This is also true. FOTF Torres absolutely RAKES.

Ke'Bryan Hayes for the Piraates is pretty good too. Nothing gets by him at 3b and his hitting is solid

I just picked up Hayes and that dude is a wall over at third. Wouldn't hurt to have some more power but overall a great pickup.

Minnie is insane a 3rd lol good bat too. Atleast for me. Lot of FS 3b though

I've used Eddie Mathews since the beginning of the game and he's stuck in my lineup. But Moncada and Torres are very good. The Alec Bohm from the event reward looks good too, but I haven't used him as much. Brooks Robinson has been decent in the limited at bats I've given him too, though he's not going to hit for much power--more vision, contact, and defense.
