If they dont hire an actual baseball consultant to tell the programmers HOW to program then I dont think we will ever see improvement. They need someone who would say "this would never happen" in the worst way.

But will they? They haven’t listened for years. But they sure can fix our advantages quick. Lol they got their panties in a bunch over HRD but my pitches still go down the middle

they're on switch and xbox next year so they need more people - good to see they are hiring and trying to improve

I'm sure they'll get a ton of applicants from the community, since there's so many people here who think they know more about game design than SDS does. It's your time to shine, boys. Put up or shut up!

I mean, it could be because they are going to Xbox and switch next year and need more hands-on-deck? Seems obvious. It might help improve the game too.

Without knowing anything, it wouldn't surprise me at all if SDS make the game for Playstation and have a port house port it to other platforms. In fact I would expect it.

They are hiring more people to help port the game to other consoles. Bad assumptions make you look like an, I'm sure we all know the phrase already.
Although I won't be buying the game in future years, I hope they do fix it for those of you who truly love this game.
