If you want the reasoning behind the post, one of my daily missions is 5 RBI. I hit a HR but opponent dashboarded. Is it going to take longer now? Sure. Will I get it still? Yes. So really I'm not that worried. It's just childish, selfish, and pointless.
Sounds like your opponent won then.Except the fact where I got the win counted for in event? Which is what I'm really playing the event for. And they were playing for too.
Yet they probably went to the next game and you’re crying about stats

Have I done it myself in March to October when a game isn't going my way? Most certainly. But PLEASE stop doing it online. Personally, I could even really care less about losing the stats. It's the missions and program stars you're robbing people of. And if you really care about your personal stats, just know deGrom gave up 19 HR last year and won a Cy Young; it's ok to give up runs. I won't disagree with you and probably a small percentage of the people who play the game are on here anyway... but when the fielding sucked early in the game, big streamers were intentionally getting tagged out or staying to 1 or 2 bases. It's no secret this game has flaws. Until SDS solves them, we can play the game the right way.
I know it doesn't have to do with me. It has to do with the fact they don't want their stats affected. But in the meantime, they are still having a negative impact vs their opponent and you can't deny that. Intent or no intent, it's happening.

I would say that I'm quite successful in life as are my children. I never quit a game of baseball. If my opponent is kicking the holy hell out of me I take that lump. Sometimes I even give them good pitches to hit just so they can get to mercy rule faster. EVERYTHING that we do in life reflects our character.

Meh I go back and forth. Game is pretty terrible and random. Almost all of my losses Have been dashboarding on a homerun though. Glad I’m doing it correctly.

It's a point we will agree to disagree on and admittingly the banter has been fun. But I really just want to know what you get out of dashboarding? It literally takes more time to get back to DD than if you wait 5 seconds and then quit. And regardless you still get an L.

I dont get mad. I just think that's it's sad that that's the culture of online competition. My opinion towards online cowards has no effect on my credit score, stock portfolio or my 401k.
