Two things I'm am sure they will never fix...people quitting mid homer and runners being able to go back on a steal attempt...actually still playing 19..can u go back on steal attempts in 20?

No.. and no.

1. There is no way to prevent that
2. Its done on purpose, people would abuse the steal system with this. Its better this way.
