I had to laugh at the whole back and forth about being douchey yet the very first line you say after the whole thing of you coming off that way is to say that you help "scrubs" then go on to flex as hard as you can. It’s like NO I had a 25-0 run my last World Series run in 19 and beat 2 top 50 players and now I can’t get out of division because the gameplay is not favorable to people who consistently can hit the ball.

This exact back and forth happened 2 years ago on this forum and it came down to a grudge match and I won it on his stream. Then we played again and he promised a mercy. He beat me 11-5 or something. The dude is really good.

The part that’s untrue is for one. You picked your team not me. There were no parameters for who you could use or not use and who I could use or not use. There is no way to check a players team.

So when you say I had this this and that player — why was that the case and why did you play the game? We just challenged and played then you lose my and started bringing up all these reasons.

I gave YOU the choice on what game to play and YOU picked mlb 17 and YOU streamed it. and YOU bragged about guaranteeing a mercy.

you bitched constantly abt mlb 18 and complained abt 17 as well so i picked 16.. i used the cards i had bc i had never played DD on 16 and literally didn’t have a team. also made that very clear beforehand. and yes when we played a rematch in 19, i was confident in PREPARATION, so i did predict a mercy, but have you seen me brag abt beating you in that game once after the fact? absolutely not. yet i’ve seen you flaunt the one run mlb 16 victory numerous times even tho i was obv at a very big disadvantage and i was barely even a ws player at the time.

if i were you, i’d be embarrassed to only win by one run with a god squad vs a team of bronzes to a guy who had never played DD on that game. not gonna worry abt it tho.. i get it,. it’s clearly such a big achievement in your mind.

I think pitch speed seems different from hitting view to hitting view. Gotta mess around with them to find what you like

Once again people, stop dealing in absolutes. No one from SDS has said that cards don't matter. Hitting with a 99 overall is going to be very different than hitting with a 60 overall. If people can't see that then I don't think there is anymore to say on that.

Topps didn't make that card, Fleer did. So SDS would have to get the rights to use it from Upper Deck (they bought Fleer years ago), and get clearance from Topps and MLB.

I just unlinked in game. Restarted my PS4, came into this site..logged out and went back through the process of relinking the PS4 acct. Worked for me 🤷🏻‍♂️

The game is such a bad product this year and where is BJ getting these numbers can you send me a link because I’m not buying anything that troll says and I’ve blocked him. This game went from #2 on Xbox at release to behind Fallout 4 and a hair ahead of Madden at 10th that includes people who are just logging in not the people actually playing everyday. It’s still the worst online multiplayer experience of all sports game so it has that working it against it every year.

All rankings, all modes and contact swing has ZERO to do with PPP.

PPP is the reason more people are using it. There was no need to use it last year because a pitch would eventually hang and you just crush mistakes. This year no one is making those mistakes at the higher levels. Again i don't believe you tested it because i have tested it so many times i could vomit. It just isn't as powered as this site or some in the community wants to make it out to be..

Facts. Contact swing in Allstar is easy. Contact on HoF or higher is next to garbage. That goes for all swing types though. People complaining just need an excuse why they suk. Ateast i know im terrible

Yeah, I disagree. And there’s never been anything stated about how the question is asked. If I match with someone, the pause the game, and message me “where do you live” I’m screenshotting, reporting, blocking and quitting. You can think what you want, but, this person is clearly obsessed with internet connections, goes so far to ask people where the live, uses a VPN, that’s the kind of person that does ddos attacks bud. It just is.

"Where do you live" is a weird question, I doubt he used that specific phrase.
"Where are you from" is very commonly used in every day small talk.

There’s a lot of validity to feelings of concern when a random person on the internet messages you with “where are you from?” Especially because the preceding message was most likely something passive aggressive along the lines of “wish I didn’t have to face warp pitch speeds” just because you agree with a madman doesn’t make it any less weird.

I came here only to say that Demise is right to complain about the state of networking infrastructure when it comes to this franchise and that it's pathetic how these buffoons jump his throat on every opportunity just because he brings up the same issue over and over again.

Because I used to associate with a bunch of top players when I was still good at this game and they all mention this issue as a consistent and unpredictable variable in the online environment of this franchise which pretty much ruins the entire experience. I'm not gonna name drop here, but they are a lot more reputable than you are Ske, I mean Canuckler. All due respect of course. So each and everyone of these guys are just full of it I guess.

Also I never said it's literally impossible to hit. You just have to sell out on it which makes you extremely vulnerable to everything offspeed once they figure that out, which only takes half an inning if you're playing someone with a brain or some experience in this game.

with all due respect Raes - Skepple for years has been literally one of the best players in the world - to say his reputation is not as good as some others is insane - Skep is in the 1% of performance - i remember years past seeing him overall number 1 in events - we have known each other for years - you included

I'm sure he's able but don't use events as proof lol, I have been a top the events leader boards multiple times in the past and every time someone brings it up to flatter me I cringe because it literally means nothing.

I accept that your wording is more accurate, but you still were able to infer his message and still chose to keep doing it in a way that I can't read as anything other than condescendingly. That's was my point. Madden has the better Ultimate team mode experience by far. DD has slightly better content, but the gameplay is horrible. Say what you want but if you have to buy a monitor just to compete then something is wrong.

Well, I am not as sure as you. Remember, I am an offline guy who rarely plays above Veteran.

The bottom line though is that they would probably frustrate the heck out of me in the process and none of the rewards are worth that frustration to me.

Shoot at the rate I am going I may not even make the Boss pack in the current program.

You will be fine, you can play offline as much as you want, its a slower grind but you will make progress in the program.

I'm not really complaining that I can't do it. I am just saying that I don't want to. I don't need every card released and in this case I am lucky that I don't feel a keen desire to earn any of these players.

I think I have a lower burnout threshold than many and I don't want to get burnt out chasing cards that I would not even use.

I wasn’t trying to imply that you were complaining at all, just saying if you play DD you will make progress on the program so you don’t need to feel pressured to “complete it”.
