Totally understand the frustrations here -- truly -- but we obviously can't allow a thread that encourages breaking ToS to remain open, so locking.
Expressing those frustrations is totally fine as long as the rules are followed.

@ArcPrime126_XBL -- Great question. There's no specific "tips" I can give, as I don't want to make things any easier for bad actors.
Honest players may get wrongfully banned from time to time, but as in your case, Support is happy to review each case and undo the ban if necessary.

@ArcPrime126_XBL -- I looked into and does appear you were wrongfully restricted here, but should be all set now. If you still have issues with it, let me know.
As a general rule of thumb for everyone, remember to only submit one ticket per issue. The more tickets you send, the longer it takes support to take care of you.
Some times there is a heavier volume of tickets than others, so being as patient as possible is never a bad idea.

@StinkyMcPooter_XBL -- Ah, sorry if I misunderstood. The answer there is simply that it takes the character team time to process not only the face scans, but also the players that weren't scanned.
I'm not aware of any kind of "priority list" as to the order players are processed and put into the game in, and if one does exist, I'm not privy to it.
What I can say is that we don't "purposely withhold" players. There wouldn't be any reason for that. The team goes through their processes and puts the players into the game, simple as that.

We wanted to issue a friendly reminder to:

Remember, legitimate SDS employees will never ask you for passwords, etc.

Report any suspicious websites that you may come across to our support team.

@RiceRiceBaby15_PSN -- As far as the process itself goes, we set up a face scanning rig at Spring Training and players have the option to get scanned. Some choose to and some choose not to and we respect whatever their decision is. But that contributes to why you'll see some players with face scans and some without.

As a developer of the Companion App, my role is to help ensure the app remains functional, up to date, and performant (at least the intention is there).
Unfortunately, I can’t assist with individual account issues or specific player cases. Those matters fall outside my responsibilities, and I don’t have the tools or permissions required to access account-related information.
That said, I do regularly relay recurring concerns, feedback, and trends that I see here and on social media to the appropriate teams when relevant.
When submitting a support ticket, it helps to be as clear, concise, and detailed as possible. Including relevant information up front makes it easier for the support team to investigate and assist effectively.
