unfortunately we do not have a mobile device similar to the one you reported that we can test and debug. It is possible the Face Scan feature is exhausting the memory trying to load the library we use to process, or the permissions to access the camera are generating the error. At the moment, we don't have a viable solution to this problem!

Just discussed this with the team and we have a couple of options here:
Sometimes this happens due to server refreshes/similar type of issues. First thing to try would just be backing out and trying again or waiting a little bit then trying again.
If that doesn't work, I can pass your ID on to the team so that they can verify that it's not an actual bug.
Everyone keep me posted here on your individual situation and we'll see what we can figure out together.
The team is working hard to field tickets related to missing rewards (among other things), so hang in there. Really appreciate everyone's patience!

In all honesty, I have no idea. The 1st party shops aren't my department. Just glad we were able to finally get Xbox folks through the gates.
Awesome. Seems like things are stable, but we're continuing to monitor everything.
I'm being told Xbox should be up and running. Keep me posted if you all see any further issues.
