Ok sad to say but glad I'm not alone and this isn't an isolated issue. Hopefully it won't take 13 hrs to ID the cause and get an update patch out like yesterday's debacle

Its because of throttle limits. You can only put in "x" amount of requests per 5 minutes. No idea why they implemented it but it has been in place since the Schwarber POTM program released.

Probably for the same reason why they put out an app 2 months into the game cycle.

But why would it still be in place even with the app?

Same thing happened to me. Chose lance lynn. Doesn’t even say he’s in my most recent opened packs. Lost the pack and the Stubbs

Depends on device.

iOS. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear Cache.
Android. Depends on your device. But clear your primary browser cache.
