I can attest to getting a hold of them within the last 10 days on some ridiculous stuff that happened. Here's their response:
'Thank you for the email. We regret you are having connection issues with The Show. We will investigate this and may contact you for additional information if required. Unfortunately we cannot alter W/L records or ratings points for our users. We do appreciate your patience as we look into this matter further.'
Hope your response would be better than what I got, because what I got was [censored].
