I’m having the same issue. I told them I had linked my account properly, following all the correct steps, and the person responded telling me to do all the things I had already done .
The last note I got back said: The team is aware of intermittent server issues and working diligently to resolve them as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
So I guess we just have to wait it out? This sucks.
