I have had a ticket submitted for 3 weeks now and haven't heard anything. Haven't even heard of anyone getting a response from them. Do we actually know that they are replying?

They said [censored] all about players missing from collections tho

Okay so I'm missing collection reward hoffman so I can't lock in Chipper. Sent a support request 2 weeks ago with no response. I know a lot of other players have been struggling with the same issue. have any of you guys gotten a response from SDS yet?

They seem to not even acknowledge the issue which is frustrating.

Did you ever get it figured out? I lost Hoffman from my inventory so I can't lock him in and get Chipper now. Sent a ticket last monday and still haven't gotten a response.

Same happened to me almost two weeks ago. Submitted a request last monday. No answer still. Missing Hoffman so I can't get Chipper.
