I’m a jays fan so I’ve had him from the start and he has a sub 3 era and averages about 2k an inning. I have him prestiged..I think he’s an end gamer, but his mix is very basics..again, I’m a jays fan, but his 102 fastball and 95 slider are deadly when you mix in an 83mph curve and 90mph change up

Edit: I have Verlander and Lamet as my 4 and 5. Was considering replacing one of them with Pearson. How do you like him? Is he worth the conquest grind to get him?

Well, it's 1k a card, for a total of 10k. It's a good amount for commons, I agree. I'm just not ready to call it a killing. 🙂

Here’s what I did:

Tigers in turn 1. Restart

Entire right side of map, stealing on AS every turn. All the way to turn 6. Restart

Entire left side of map, same a right side. When turn based was done on turn 6. Finished map

This method will take you forever, you really should accomplish as much as you can first go around then restart and grab the ones that you couldn’t get the first time. Should only take 2 and not more than 3 tries to accomplish everything

It takes five times to beat all the turn based missions, but I'm not shocked you're in here acting like the expert, when clearly based on this reply, you haven't even done it yet.

You played 120 games, but took you two tries because of the difficulty level?

Do tell, how did you beat 4 teams in two turns or less, on opposite sides of the map? Magic I bet. I understand you like to troll because your wife left you a couple years ago (verified), but at least attempt to make it beLIEvable.

Umm there was a Topps Now moment with Gray requiring strikeouts. I did intentional walks to get him pitching from the stretch.

My prediction since very early on is that it will be a Signature series of one of the teams best players, be they legend or current.

For example the Cardinals could see a Gibson or a Musial (I would bet against Pujols as I see him being a more universal reward)

You really think streamers never get off this game? They pretty much are only playing on stream or when making youtube videos. They still play alot less than people who literally have nothing else to do

Not really. Most of them edit their own videos so thats 2-3 hours a day that they don't have to play. They dont get XP from doing pack opening videos and that takes quite a bit of time. They tend to not do moments and just play RS/BR. While they might be on the game a lot they arent doing anything that yields a lot of XP. Just because its their Job to play the game and make videos doesn’t mean they are going to have alot of XP. Someone that is diamond level already specifically went out of their way to get to that level

Did they cap the number of pickoffs this year? Played a guy who was dancing with his leads, after 4-5 pickoffs, not in a row either, all I could do was throw to the plate. It did not reset after the next hitter either...

It happened to me last night. Threw me off to the point a threw a meatball and lost. My fault, but I though he was exploiting something at first.

From my observation, if you go to the showdown page to select the division, it shows “stage 1” above each. My estimation is that there will be different showdowns for each division for stages 2,3,4 which would negate your consideration of stocking up on current vouchers.

If that is in fact true, I would be curious of one thing:
If you only have 50 TA points and stage 2 is released and it is a separate set of stage 2 showdowns, do the points add on immediately to the 50, or do you have to get to 70 through stage 1 showdowns before the next round of vouchers would apply. Basically, is there a minimum level you have to be for the next stage to contribute points.

There will definitely be new showdown bosses, I just can't recall if the vouchers actually said stage one on them, or they're universal. But knowing SDS youre probably right. Separate.
That's another good question. Hopefully they have a stream at least a week before clarifying some of this stuff.

Not sure if it's the same for everyone but I got it at 45 gold. It didnt let me pick I just got 4 diamond items. It is a pretty epic call too.

I've had some screwy issues with baserunners too. Cost me many runs. I thought maybe it was all me. Glad it's not just me.

I just got Moncada last night and used him in a couple conquest games b4 the maintenance. Love his swing and pop. Play on him being my 2B since I have Matthews at 3B.

I was at 861 yesterday, i faces someone who i had a perfect game against until the 6th inning, then he drew a walk. And hit a game tying 2 run jack on a screwball about 5 inches below the line, my catcher did the blocking animation and all, i was so heartbroken... because he went on to win 3-2. With only 3 hits i think? I was in absolute control and then the game said Nope not today lol
