Showdown Voucher Not Being Accepted

I just completed the AL East showdown in it's entirety, and I was able to exchange 4 of the 5 vouchers in the Yankees team affinity, but when I go to exchange the final voucher, it says exchange complete, but not giving me the affinity stars. I'm able to exchange the voucher again and again, but it's not giving me the affinity stars. SDS, Please help me, thanks.
