Mine been doing this for 2 days and still crashing

my game keeps crashing on my switch and my play station 5 i cant even get into to the game i tried reaching out for support and the representative didnt even get back to me i emailed them at least 5 times for a status update on my claim and no one respond was wondering if anyone can help

my game has been crashing for the last 48-72 hours and i cant get it to work can anyone help and led me into the right direction to helping me fix it

i currently have the same issue as you do did you end getting it fixing because i cant fix mine and i need help fixing mine two

its been doing this over the last 48-72 hours i lost count just so frustrated can anyone help i tried contact the support team no one got back to me with status updates on my claim
