Even when you put Ohtani in at DH, he still isn’t getting boosted by the Ripken boost even though he has 99 durability.

Y'all, I had about 500k stubs, running a full god squad, and lots of card in my inventory that I was investing in for the next update, and I wake up today to see that everything was completely gone. No stubs, no cards, no nothing, and I am right back to level one in the game. I was not notified of a ban, so I don't think that is the issue. Any thoughts on where to go to get all my stuff back?
