When is this stub flash sale gonna end? LS Ohtani and Judge prices have been severely inflated since the 50% off sale started.

Those cards and Red are ridiculously overpriced. Would they be that high if 3rd party sites weren't involved? I don't think they would even be close. These bots/3rd party sites have absolutely destroyed the market. Another thing it does is takes money out of SDS' hands. They then have to do other things to get money. I think that is why we are seeing so many switch hitter chase cards too.

I'm assuming the high prices are also due to stubs being 50% off the last few days (at least on PlayStation...I've seen XBox users have no idea about this). I didn't even see it announced anywhere.

If you play the HoF mini season, you can get two headliners for every 750 pxp by 2nd baseman. You do have to restart after every season. Can be done in 10 minutes repeatedly.

Live series I could prob have everything but judge and ohtani at this point.

I decided early on to not go after live series and no life the game. First year since 2020 or so I didn't get live series done within the first 6 weeks or so.

It's kindve a bummer to not get Beltran but it is what it is. My god squad team is still super good and if I can't best someone then I likely wouldn't beat them with Beltran anyways. Andruw Jones is just about as good minus the switch hitting.

So not the big a deal but compounds to the lack of motivation to play this year.

We're almost the exact same spot. Beltran 7/30, Martinez 9/24, Cabrera 14/21, LS I do have everything but Judge & Ohtani. After I got to those final two I regretted even doing LS.

I don't have Miggy's 99 but I hate Miggy's 95. I dunno why since I loved him in '23. Swing feels completely off.

On PS5 67,500 stubs are 24.99 (reg 49.99) and 150,000 stubs are 49.99 (reg 99.99). I don't have XBox so I can't say for that.

The Beltran moments were done almost immediately. Not the best exit velo or launch angle, no problem.

Andruw Jones had so many good outs... I'm talking 100+ exit velocity with upper 20s, low 30s launch angle. Fly out after fly out. Felt intentional.

I've never had more difficulty with the PCI before this year. I know it's just me but I feel like I'm constantly having to reteach myself how to use it. In the previous three games I'd switch between green/purple (earlier games) or purple/black rings (later games) and be done with it (maybe my fingers are stronger on some days then others). This year it can be anything from black rings to not even using them and sensitivity sliders halfway to full. For some reason I can't get the PCI to move up the same way it moves down.

If you apply Head On directly to forehead while simultaneously using a red card in your lineup then you'll get a third eye that you can use exclusively when playing MLB the Show games.

Nothing happened to TRod from what I can tell and he was openly on his stream getting massive rewards from doing it. No need to search a database on him.

I'm still 100% on buying the game next year; however, I'm not sure how much time I'll dedicate to DD. DD definitely needs some adjustments.

I guess Jhoan Duran card has the same thing happening to it.

Will they ban people for stat padding? I always do it if they request it, usually give them the win too since they need it more than me. I don't get that request every three event games though...more like every 30 if that.

Don't most of the casuals quit around AS break. EDIT - I hear this every year around this time that the lower levels get swamped with seemingly higher talent.

For me, legends are a key point of playing this mode. That said, the vast majority of legends aren't meta. So I wonder if there's enough of a RoI when very few of the most competitive people use them. Also, a lot of younger people shrug off legends as if they're from an inferior and/or inauthentic era.
