Go to the settings for fielding in the game and disable the throw meter. I didn't have any problems after that. I also disabled the throw cancelling too.

Good evening, I'm new to MLB and I have a problem with my players. Every time I get players on base they try to steal a base. This happens every time and I mean every time I get players on base. I'm looking for help from this community and I'm trying to get an answer as to why this keeps happening. Any help on this topic will be greatly appreciated.
