Has anyone else noticed on action pitches for running, the pitchers pitch count doenst move.. example: im first to bat and i get a 5 pitch walk and im on base next guy up to bat has a count of 2-1 and the pitchers pitch count is still at 5

My dynamic hitting difficulty stuck at veteran and wont go up and im also stuck with the same problem ive walked 3x more than ive struck out and if you look at the league leaders everyone stikes out 2x more than walk

Im currently playing as a center field and i get about 1-3 assists per game.. i just looked up the record and its 50 assists in 1879... at this rate im going to smoke the record. Is there any way to up the fielding difficulty? Or turn down the amount of assist attempts or make it so the computers don't run on a 90 arm
