It's Ortiz, barely

I would move Trout to center and put Fibley in RF. Take Murray with the 4th inning pick and move Ortiz to the bench. Unlock Jackie if you dont have him for 2nd base. Ronny Mauricio at SS.
Not saying these are the best options just my opinion.

Get David Ortiz for sure….he is better than Chipper.

I can not hit with Oritz, his fielding sucked for me.I play Thome at first

Haha…I’ve never seen Ortiz not make a play it first in probably 200 games. Not sure what good extra defensive stats do at first base.

Can you really hit better with Thome than Ortiz? That is weird to me. Do you not pull the ball much?

Depends on the hitter to pull the ball. I never been able to hit with Ortiz cards. To top it off he missed some plays at first that cost me some games. Yeah defense at least for me matters, Thome seems to make plays I know his defense Attributes are not great. Murray will be my end game First baseman when I get him.
