Early access to what??? Early access to frustration, unprofessionalism, and no communication from SDS! Lesson learned. I will not waste my $ on pre-order any more!!!!!

Now I can’t access DD AT ALL! This is ridiculous. Paid for early access and can’t access. IF we are lucky, we will get a 5-bundle pack for our troubles. Oooooh, that’ll make it worth it! Now I’m getting a message saying my connection is lost due to network error.

Early access to not being able to play what we paid for. Unprofessional.

I wonder if my pre-order payment was as inconsistent as your online services if I would still have access. Paid for early access and access is inconsistent. Please fix. And I hope we will be compensated with coins rather than the scripted company apology!
