The account I linked on Xbox is my PlayStation account, and everything works fine there. But before linking my PlayStation account to Xbox, I first unlinked it from PlayStation. Then, I went and linked it to Xbox.
However, when I tried to use my PlayStation account again on my PlayStation, my rewards and everything I had done on PlayStation were missing. So, I went to theshow.com to link it back to PlayStation, but I got the same error I mentioned in my previous message.”**

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue with my account? It’s the one I used for the pre-order and have been playing with since the game was released. It seems like San Diego Studio has people working there who don’t even know what they’re doing because no matter how much you explain the problem, they can’t solve it for anyone.
So here’s what happened: As I mentioned, I pre-ordered the game and was playing normally without any issues. But last night, I unlinked my PlayStation account to link it with Xbox. I played for about 4 hours on Xbox, but when I decided to go back to PlayStation and launched the game, I noticed that all my rewards were gone.
So I went to theshow.com to link my account again, but now I’m getting this error:
‘The console account you’re trying to link is already linked to another MLB The Show Account.’
