As much as the game costs, and buying additional stubs, and then the perks you actually pay for don't work. They should fix it or refund money that people paid for stubs. I didn't pay for cosmetics.

Is there any word on when they will be fixing the issue with equipment in RTTS? The problem where the bonuses are not applied to the attribute.
