Go to profile/account management and it should give you an option to change it I joked earlier but I do hope your issue is resolved

To expand it should say Online ID and you should be able to change it without an issue

Also I have a hard time believing someone who's psn name is wetcoochie is completely innocent of anything

I have not done any. I bought 200$ of stubs off the stubs store. I’m not sure how I could prove it to them. If they would’ve banned me for my name that’s understandable, but even then I got no warning ban. Which is another reason why I’m so confused. I got no warning ban.

Confused. I just stated I hadn’t done any illegal transfers

SDS banned me for 5 YEARS for illegal stub transferring. I don’t even have a clue how to do that. I flip a lot of cards and believe that’s how it got mixed up. But every time I email them about it they just tell me they can no longer help me with my situation and they are sorry if it inconveniences me in anyway. Is this a joke? People pay 60-100$ for your game and this is the service they get? Unbelievable.

I got a 5 year ban for stub transfers and I haven’t done any of that. And every time I email SDS they just tell me they can no longer help me with my situation and they’re sorry if this “inconveniences” me in anyway. They’ve gotta fix this. I paid for this game I want to play it or get my money back.
