When I go to link my playstation account with the show nation there is another account under it that says if i click it i will lose everything. but the last time it was online was the day i lost a bunch of cards. anyone have an explanation for where that account came from and how to fix it?

same here this game is really against me these past few days

I had players disappear from a different situation. They were in my lineup, didn’t play for a day came back and they were gone. A lot of people are having disappearing card problems. All I can say is put in a ticket and hope for the best I put one in 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back

I lost my arenado, hader and Yelich after collecting them and getting banks and Soriano. They are all gone out in a ticket 2 days ago and still nothing

I had the same problem I lost arenado, yelich and hader which caused my banks and soriano to also dissapear

How long does it normally take to get a ticket answered. I dont want to play rn because im scared that if they solve my issue then I will lose the progress I made between now and then.

Some of us really lost cards (myself included) that we spent stubs or money on. We would like a resolution, and your pointless post simply clogs up the board, makes it more difficult for SDS to understand legitimate issues with the game, and forces those of us who HAVE had this issue to wait longer.

Its people like him who make it near impossible for us to get our stuff back. Literally spent $100 and all the cards I bought with them are gone. It gets me so tight I legit don't want to play anymore over this

yep bought cards completed collections got soriano and then they were gone

Anyone have any suggestions on this other than submitting a ticket. Also is it even worth playing until it gets resolved

Has anyone who lost players and put in a ticket gotten their players back and if so how long did it take and did they need you to prove anything

A few years ago I had a bunch of issues like yours. They fixed everything, just sucked that it took like a week. This year I lost a bunch of stuff when I linked to the "show profile". I unlinked And got it all back. I stayed linked to the console profile though. I think i than lost stuff I gained when was linked to the show profile but it wasn't much.

Appreciate it buddy. Had to go to work so I’ll 100% be trying when I get home. I hope i get them back it caused me to lose all desire to play

I completed the NL Collection to get Soriano and him, banks, arenado, yelich and hader are gone

On Friday night i completed the nl central and the nl live series collections. When I logged on today it was all gone along with the stubs I used to purchase Arenado, Hader and Yelich. Has this happened to anyone else. I don't know if there was like a server roll back or something but I have put in a ticket and I really hope I am able to get these players or at least the stubs back. P.S. I am aware I am probably out of luck in this situation.
