It's happened to other players with other cards, too. File a bug report.

I had it happen with Acuna. 139,000 order placed on he isn't in the collections. I filed with SDS... they told me Saturday that the team is looking into it. Has anyone had success getting any players back that disappeared?

I have an issue where I collected all of the Live Series Mariners players and the 84 ovr card you get for completing it is not in my inventory. Sucks cause I'm stuck from completing the AL West collection.

I lost my dj lemahiu before and I got him back but the same happened with my Kenny lofton

Make sure you don’t use them as ‘Exchanges’ in Team Affinity or other areas, once you exchange, they’re gone

I lost my arenado, hader and Yelich after collecting them and getting banks and Soriano. They are all gone out in a ticket 2 days ago and still nothing

At least you got a response man. It happened to me with the AL East 42 Series pack. Picked Bo and I don’t have him. Filed a bug report and haven’t even a response

I also lost a few twins players after I collected them all. They just vanished.

I lost 42 Heyward and 42 Berrios. Filed and SDS responded yesterday that devs are looking into it.
