Collection card disappeared from inventory

I finished the live series collection for Pittsburgh, and collected Ralph Kiner, but when I go to the NL Central, it shows him as not being acquired. I haven’t done any exchanges, or quicksells

I bought 88 Frank Thomas and 87 J.D. Martinez, today I auto-generated for the CPU to set my best lineup, and both of them disappeared from both my lineup and me entire inventory. Submitted a ticket to SDS. Not going to be happy if I get nothing back. I’m NMS, they were possibly my best two cards.

I bought 3 headliner packs and got jd drew and a few other decent cards. Shut off the game and came back later and they are gone. It still shows I’ve purchased 3/5 headliner packs. Not sure what to do. Other than that pretty much loving the game

Buying cards, packs, stubs, or anything else for that matter is about as safe as Bill Cosby being you bartender.

Well atleast I know I'm not the only one. I finished the Padres live series and the 90 overall Trevor Hoffman you get for completing it disappeared from my inventory. I even used him for a few games, but he is gone now. There are more in the same boat as us, im confident we will get our cards back, just not sure how long it will take.

I have an issue where I collected all of the Live Series Mariners players and the 84 ovr card you get for completing it is not in my inventory. Sucks cause I'm stuck from completing the AL West collection.

I lost Arenado, Yelich and Hader which caused me to lose soriano and banks
