Bots on the marketplace isn't xbox specific

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS then please explain how a legitimate user like myself has been restricted since last thursday?

I have not used a bot
My computer has no emulation software on it
I have never used a auto clicker
I have never used automation tools

I placed some orders to buy and sell commons.

This should stand out as a warning to anyone, you can be restricted through no fault of your own due to the algorithm deciding you are a bot.

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS you should maybe remove all permanent restrictions then as you are not sure who is human or who is bot if legitimate users are being restricted, sorry to keep on harping on about this but a week later we are still where we are.

@SasquatchSoF_PSN I did mine on 25th with no reaponse. Ive gone on holiday and will likely not play when I come back. Ill not buy next year, those of us that have been restricted have been treated poorly and I for one, have zero interest right now in putting any more time or money in their pocket.

@General_Heaux_PSN no I think im getting it as its just broke, mine will go back to account restricted when everyone else can get in i presume

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS you also need to unrestrict accounts caught up incorrectly by the algorithm. Im aware this isn't you but the team working on the app has caused this.

@greven840_PSN there are 2 issues, 1 is companion app being overrun by bots, those bots are not using console. The other isn't even cronus zen, its a script called computer vision that hits and pitches for you as shown by kyle that has been around for over a year. They never banned anyone who did wbc glitch including kyle (i didn't) and yet here I am.

@greven840_PSN appreciate it but when a company treats you badly you lose motivation to play. Going away for a week, see how I feel when I get back.

Was just hoping to use app whilst I was away.

@greven840_PSN at the moment I dont see any other way to stop the bots as they cant do this on a console.

@greven840_PSN I have been treated appallingly and I doubt very much they will get another cent from me.

@greven840_PSN but they aren't unbanning people in a timely fashion and im just waiting for them to say once they eventually look at my ticket that the ban will last for rest of 26 like others.

@greven840_PSN ive just been told by Joe that I have to wait and there is no timeline for my ticket to be looked at. Just another thing that has been poorly implemented without a care as to who this might affect.

@greven840_PSN its not when they quite obviously cant differentiate between a bot and human.

@greven840_PSN then their algorithm needs improving and swift action taken in terms of humans getting banned.

They cant fix the app and clearly differentiate bots from humans

@greven840_PSN they banned me for flipping, 5 days I havent had access in the app.

@JDHalfrack_PSN yeah its very easy to find, I did some digging when I kept hearing more and more about bots.
