Same here man couple of us with the problem. Currently on day two of going back and forth with support and getting absolutely no where.

Agreed its very frustrating, hard to believe they cant fix an account issue. Been going back and forth with support for 2 days

I think our accounts may have been accidentally banned because at release when I opened the free Derek Jeter pack my friends told me that I had apparently opened like 30 of them due to the mobile app glitching out. If that happened between you and your friends that may be the issue.
