Since SDS did not change hitting this patch, they must really find this amusing.
Ever notice that almost no one complains about their opponent not being able to hit well? When it is your opponent hitting poorly it is that their skill isn't very good. But when you do not hit well it is the system that is broken. Ever notice that almost no one complains when they are thrown pitches down the middle? Has anyone ever posted, "I am getting way too many pitches right down the middle"? Again when you get pitches down the middle it is that your opponent isn't very skilled, but when you throw pitches down the middle it is the pitching system sucks!. And mostly, almost no one takes into account their players abilities. Guess what? Some of your players are going to do better than others no matter how good you are. Mike Trout is going to hit better than a random common player. Crazy, huh?
That's one of the biggest problem with Moments, we do not get to use our DD teams much.
My money this year. It’s sad. I loved this game. But I am tired of no support for RTTS and Franchise. So what do they give us this year? Women in MLB. I can’t wait to see women crushing 500 fr HRs against Nolan Ryan.
I am also sick of them taking our cards away with seasons. I will not be back to the game until that bs money grab is gone.
I have become bored with this game. It’s the same bs, especially for offline players, every year.
You all enjoy the rehash of last seasons game. I am spending my money elsewhere.
We have 27 days left to use these TA3 cards These cards are no sell. With limited time left you would think SDS would make it easier to acquire these cards. Instead they made it harder. Why?

I only caught a tiny part of the stream, but I did see them talking about the prestige diamonds and how they were using them to respond to the requests for the return of some of the stat grinds. Except that in my experience, 95+% of the people asking for stat grinds were offline players looking for more to do than just play Conquest over and over.
As someone looking for better things to do with my DD collection without having to play H2H, was there anything new in this stream?
Showdown is entirely offline and made to be a BR type experience for offline players
Showdown does not use your DD cards, which is what offline players want, a way to use your collection offline. Offline players really have no reason to collect cards at all.

Exit cells are higher. Game is better trust me.
If 3 opponents quit, then hitting apparently was not improved for them.
I DISPISE MOMENTS! I think it has been the shear volume of them this year. EVERYTHING seems to involve moments. I even now hate the easy ones..
Just got him today! Yay! First game vs CPU on All Star he went 3 for 3 in a 3 inning game with 2 HR and a single. He does seem as you all told me!

I know what you’re thinking, she isn’t a baseball player, however I think it would be cool if SDS allowed us to use famous people in diamond dynasty who aren’t baseball players.
For example in Madden Superstar KO you can play as guys like Giannis, Snoop Dogg, and Sam Darnold who aren’t even real football players.

I am so sick of hearing that "this happens every year" as an excuse. If that is true, that makes it even worse. It is not an excuse for this BS. Some of you are fine with being the victim of corporate greed, and the new "games are always broken at launch" mentality, I am not. We cannot allow this "new normal" to continue.

@fubar2k7 If you don’t see SDS destroying thier game franchise from the inside out you are a fool. All the things we ask for in the game are ignored Instead they spend thier time finding new ways to make more money without putting in the work to make the game better. I will not be the only one to refuse to accept this decline in the game.
The better players complained and demanded more skill separation so that they could win more often. That lead to more difficult hitting and home run or nothing play. Enjoy.
SDS only gives us 20 days to work on stars. I want the 30+ stars that I would have earned tonight. I cannot play every night and now an entire night will likely be lost. I will now not be able to play until Friday night!
Yes I know most of you are past 300 already. I am not close. I need every day possible.
I thought not being able to play due to servers crashing was bad, I just learned that we will not be able to go back and do Conquest, Showdown, Moments, etc for 1st Inning credit once the Inning is over. I do not have time in my life to play the game all day every day, and have always counted on being able to go back and finish certain aspects of an Inning after it ended. More disappointment piles up for me and this game franchise. I would never have purchased the game had I known this. I do not recall SDS mentioning this before the game came out.
Are we sure that SDS has not become an EA affiliate? This is the kind of nonsense that has lost EA their reputation.
Dan is my friend in RL. We grew up together. Graduated together from the same high school in 1980. Zach also went to the same high school.
Leaving after season 1. Too many actually good games that I want to play. Most of the content in this game is in packs. This game is terrible. I hate seasons and losing cards.
