I am having the same issue and when I try to unlink for my ps5 account. It logs me out of the website and never unlinks. And I cannot find where to unlink within the game.

Go to your profile on the top left. At the top of the screen, you should be able to shuffle between My Ballplayer, My Profile, and My Collection. If you move over to My Profile, the bottom right should show an option to unlink account. I did this just now and everything worked for me. Good luck!
Tried that, didn't work either... It just shows to link the account. It looks like my "The Show" account isn't connect and anytime I try to do anything with the account it gives me an error.
