I just bought the FS tool flash sale pack and open the pack this morning, then I just back and forth to check the card price and ability , then I found the card has lost and gone , so would you please help me to find back my card pack, thanks

I just bought the FS tool flash sale pack and open the pack this morning, then I just back and forth to check the card price and player ability on app for then I found the card has lost and gone in pick UI,so anybody help me to find the CS email for this issue submission, thanks
