How about a card for the "Big Cat" Andres Galaraga? Dude fought cancer twice and won comeback player of the year for it. He was a 5x all star, 3x Gold Glove, 2x Sliver Slugger and won a batting title

Yeah, George Brett has been one of my favorite 3Bs. His swing is great and I run with him sometimes with my main squad. I would have to throw in the Moncada Finest card also as top 5.

There are several 3B that I really need to try. Moncada is definitely one of them. Who would you all prioritize from this list?

2. Rafael Devers Postseason
3. Manny Machado Finest 20
4. Patrick Wisdom Finest 21
5. Jeimer Candelario Finest 21
6. Spencer Torkelson FS

There are many other notable options at 3B. Anthony Rendon has been solid as has Vinny Castilla, Wade Boggs and Eddie Matthews. I think this is one of the more loaded positions.

Its really infuriating how screwed up the timing is. Whenever I have to have a hit/run/HR whatever and i get good/good its always an out. Any other time like just a min ago with the Mookie WS moment i was way early and crushed a HR down the line to the 3rd deck then when I needed just a single hit to complete it good/good was fly out/fly out smfh. Buy yes I have noticed in the swing timing window inside pitches your supposed to be earlier than on outside pitches

I like Hoffman he is pretty nasty with the circle change and yeah Matzek also. Hell even the Wagner you get from completing the AL west collection is pretty tough to hit it seems although I have never had a chance to face him I have used him against both cpu/online

I really dont care if either make it but I do care that Bonds set records he would not have set had he not used steroids. He definitely shouldn't be viewed as the all time HR leader

My wife laughs at me because I cuss and yell at the tv. I tell her she just doesnt understand the bs that is Showdowns and Moments. My 7yrold sat n watched cuz my wife told me the game wasnt cheating me I just sucked. He witnessed a robbed HR, a diving catch, and the computer deciding to steal with my 49speed catcher during the Kershaw boss showdown. I even had a runner on 2nd down 14-15 w/9outs left. I hit a perfect shallow fly to right( so much for perfect) and the computer decided since I wasnt going to press L1 to tag up it was going to do it for me. Luckily i knew that was gonna happen so I had my finger on R1 n barely got back to 2nd. I guess it was luck or maybe it was the game congratulating me on avoiding the f@#kery but I was able to hit a 2 run shot with 2 outs remaining.

Cool made it through day one.

Go for Freddie. I know his left hand stats look weak but he crushes everything even lefties. Ive hit 14 HR in 26 conquest games with him so far. Havent played RS game with him yet as Ive been grinding for Soto,Machado,&Degrom

We all know the main names that are in the Mitchell report, and those most suspected of PEDs. It still doesnt make sense to me that they have been blackballed while others have been inducted. Biggio, Bagwell, Pudge, Piazza. They have known and admitted amphetamine users in, as well as known and admitted cocaine users.

At this point its strictly being vindictive against certain players, while turning a blind eye towards others.

Cocaine and Speed doesn't cause your head to grow 3x larger among other body enhancements and they definitely dont turn back the clock on father time making you better at 39-40 than you were at 29-30. GTFOH

But they are illegal by the rules. They certainly have benefits, which is why people use them. It's still cheating, or knowingly breaking the rules to gain an advantage. There is obviously a difference in advantage given between substances, but the fact remains that it's still cheating.

They aren't using cocaine to play baseball better, they do cocaine to get high. People use steroids to play sports better hence why they are called Performance Enhancing Drugs. Cocaine isnt classified as a PED.

Raines kept a vial in his pocket that he would hit when he needed a pick up. You're telling me that players didnt think it helped them on the field? What about amphetamines? Many players including some all time greats like Mays, Aaron and Schmidt have admitted to taking them for the perks they gave them.

Some drug addict thinking something helps is completely different than something scientifically proven to help. Ive done cocaine before and I promise you it only helps you spend money and stay awake thats about it.

Thats fine, you are entitled to your opinions as I am also. I understand also just using steroids doesn't guarantee results especially being able to hit a baseball with a bat, but it does help increase bat speed which does enhance his chance of hitting long balls. I would even goes as far as saying it helps more than taking some type of speed which would only increase someone's heart beat not bat speed. You might get a edge in concentration also depending on how the drug affects the player

I haven’t been able to play much lately; anyway, is it easier or more difficult to do the BR program with the set up they have for this one?

Personally it's been harder for me because it's a lot of accumulated hitting stats and I'm not a good online hitter. But if you can hit, the drafts have more opportunities since you can try to fill your squad with eligible cards. Since I have the stubs, I basically keep redrafting until I get like 6 or 7 qualified players on my squad.

I’m not a great hitter either, I like BR and events better than playing Ranked Season because I can’t sit for a 9 inning game because of my injuries. I would lose just on the amount of times I would have to pause!

What injuries ?

Too many to list. Mostly spine and neurological give me the biggest problems I can’t even begin to describe how it altered my life. Listing all of the many injuries would take too long. I cannot work anymore, i am stuck on disability.

I feel ya pain brother, Im right there with you except Im not on disability I still have to grunt thru 40hrs a week. 2 ankle surgeries before the age of 18. Never thought it was going to turn my life upside down when it happened but it sure did. Life's been such a struggle since it happened. The ankle isnt the only problem, like you said too many more to list but its the one that killed dreams and sent my life down a dark path.
