When both teammates on the opposing team agree to quit the game. They hit the Surrender button instead of friendly quit, quit or just disconnecting. I was able to get upgraded rank from the game but got stuck with a loss on the record.

Why do I get a loss if the other team surrenders? That makes no sense.
