I disconnect before I get into the game haven’t got into one game for 3 days since I got the game

Maintenance did not work for me ever since I got the game three days ago I haven’t been able to get into any online even if it’s co-op my Internet’s fine my Xbox live subscription is good. Everything is good. Have re-downloaded the game. I downloaded again and can’t get into a single Online game. My mom paid a lot of money for this game just for me not to be able to play.
