Oh yeah, same brother. I play the game because I love baseball and want to be competitive. XP is just a bonus. I’d really get more mad over stats not counting than not getting XP. Lol

Why buy packs when they give you so many for free? I understand the excitement, but still.. there’s a great chance you don’t make out. Do exchanges before buying packs. If it was me, I would invest in someone like Glasnow, Lynn, and etc.

A monitor is a must for the show, I think at least. Everyone’s preference varies when it comes to TVs and monitors. TVs are pretty much just as good as a monitor now days though. But i really like how you only have to move your eyes so much on a monitor. Helps me focusing more and zone in. If you have a next gen console, maybe return it because there are good monitors coming. Hopefully by 2’d half of this year. Go to Rtings.com and check some reviews out. They’re very in depth when it comes to reviewing.

Well, it doesn’t always make sense. But they go off of the players WAR rating. Muncy makes sense without a doubt. But Olson doesn’t. Not over Bryant.

Bryan Reynolds is at 2 WAR on pace for around a 6 WAR season and is at 6.4 WAR over the last 3 years and is stuck at 76 overall.

Nick senzel is at -.2 WAR and -.5 WAR over his career and is a 77.

I hear you brother. Senzel should’ve been rated a little bit lower from the start of the show 21 I think. Reynolds career to this point has been better than Senzel too. But it goes to show us all that the ratings they give out and the way they upgrade aren’t perfect. I’m saying they go by WAR alot but it’s not everything to them. Olson is a perfect example when compared to Bryant.

I don't really understand the roster updates this year. It used to be really slow since they weigh the past three years performance. Maybe something is weird with their stats modeling because last year was a shortened season. Vlad Jr going from 75-85 in one and a half month. They could have changed the stats modeling altogether this year and Vlad being a diamond would make sense.

I could be wrong but I swear I heard they’re doing upgrades based on current year. No more 3 year average

Do they? Tatis and KB have the same WAR. Tatis was a diamond already and went up 2. In fact KB and Tatis have similar stats all around, including defense.

I agree. Which is why I said “well, it doesn’t always make sense.” They pick and choose, but sometimes we’re left puzzled. KB should be a diamond. Why is Alex Reyes a 69 bronze still.. who knows

Grinding the market and taking advantage of roster updates. Between Buxton and Tatis I’ve made around 1.2m in stubs. Right now I have like 50 cards for 5 different players who could go gold. I have 40 Adolis cards right now too that I could cash in on, but I’m waiting to see if he continues this breakout season of his. You just gotta invest, invest, and oh yeah invest some more. Play on rookie or veteran brother. Grind some parallels! Yeah it’s easy, but at least you don’t have to worry about replaying a stronghold.

It doesn’t bother me too much because like you said, you just wait. But I just hope others don’t get frustrated with me because I look at pitches a lot and look at the confidence my opponents pitcher has with each pitch. I don’t hold it very long, just a quick flash to see the pitchers repertoire. It tells you a lot

Never play on WiFi unless you absolutely have to.. I’ve played over WiFi in the past and have lost connection while being literally 3 ft away from my router. Now, yes you can lose connection while being hardwired too, but your chances are a lot lower. Could be your equipment too. Is your router old? How far are you from it? Do you use your own modem or isp’s modem? Worth looking into some of those things brother

Love it! It does take time to get used to but it’s worth the move.. don’t give up on it
