Frequently after wins (primarily in conquest and mini seasons) when I get back to the menu I get an error message that says the game summary was not found and then the game is counted as a loss.

I have a wired connection to my PS5, have 120hz off, have 800+mb/s internet, and do not have any issues on any other games. Is there anything I can do to address this issue?

Probably is, but it’s worth exhausting your options on the router. Ethernet or Wi-Fi doesn’t matter when it comes to blocking necessary ports. I had issues with this last year and it helped solve the problem.

Do you know of a tutorial for how to open these ports?
