Is there a reason I am getting the error "Game Summary not found" several times a day after playing winning games?

Frequently after wins (primarily in conquest and mini seasons) when I get back to the menu I get an error message that says the game summary was not found and then the game is counted as a loss.
I have a wired connection to my PS5, have 120hz off, have 800+mb/s internet, and do not have any issues on any other games. Is there anything I can do to address this issue?

Unfortunately all you can do is put in a bug report and hope that they eventually fix it.
Mini Seasons has been like that since release; so I wouldn't hold my breath.
