CPU and online play stutters and lags so much that it is hard to play. Everything is choppy and slow. Need a fix soon

It’s the same for me on Xbox One S. I’ve tried changing every setting on my Xbox to make it work but nothing has helped. Moments, offline, online, etc, everything stutters.

When using a new next gen controller on Xbox one, the analog stick glitches and does not allow you to draw pinpoint pitching smoothly.
