With the recent MLB Trade Deadline, when will all the updated transactions show up for updated rosters in online leagues?

MLB The Show '24 League is here!

Hopefully you find the league which will satisfy your gaming niche. We are an OLDER, more casual group. We will play on All-Star for both pitching and hitting. "Winning at all costs" is NOT what we are about.

We play because we enjoy the game and we understand it isn't perfect (but we can always hope, right).

Currently we are running with three divisions of six teams each.

You are asked to play 2 games every 5 days.
We are set at all star for hitting and pitching.

Not sure why, but am unable to simulate a league game.

I keep getting an error saying something about an invalid lineup and/or pitching rotation.

Very, very frustrating!

We are currently looking to replace three owners for our 18-team league.

We are a live series custom league playing on all star hitting and pitching.

We are an OLDER group who appreciate playing the game for what it is. Winning at all costs is not part of our mantra. And to be honest, we have a very, very good group of guys!

We ask that you be OLDER (preferably 35 and older), be a professional-type individual (since many of us are and understand each other's time constraints), and feel you would be a good fit for our group.

As mentioned previously, winning is fun, but it isn't necessarily why we play. We also ask you be an active member of our Discord group. You are asked to play three games per week (sometimes the time might be more than a week).

Here are the three available teams (you can tweak these rosters to some degree). You will notice these teams have been upgraded to some degree. All teams in our league (but two) are rated either 77 or 78. The other two are at 79 due to the player updates within the game.

Anyone else having issues with the Game Management?

Haven't been able to access for the past couple of days.

Not your average league here.

Teams have been selected. Next up will be player draft. Yep...Player draft. We don't use the top 12 rated (or so) teams. We use them as a player pool to draft from.

Anyway, looking to fill 5-6 spots for our league of MATURE gamers who enjoy playing MLB The Show.

We run things a bit differently. Last season the top 12 teams were off limits to owners. We had a lottery for the other 18. Once you selected your team you then drafted players from the top 18 teams to help improve your roster. Each team was give a specific amount of draft picks based upon their ranking in the game. There definitely is some strategy involved.

We play on All Star for both hitting/pitching. Winning at all costs is not in our mantra. It is a very, very good group of guys. Hopefully you will add to this!

We have picked the teams and drafted the players. Highest rated team sits at 79 while the lowest is 77. BALANCE!

That's what a great draft will do. Now we will just play some games!

Older group looking for 4-5 owners to fill out the list (18 teams total). We play against human and CPU opponents. Nothing to serious here.

We ran a couple of leagues last year. Time to get back into the swing (pun intended) as we wait for the next version of the SHOW to land this spring.

Running things a bit differently this time.

Have already moved all off-season transactions to their new homes (at least I hope I've gotten most of the important ones moved). Anyway, we will be playing with the lower rated teams and pilfering the top players from the top rated teams. If you are used to playing with your loaded DD squad this may not be for you.

For example, if you end up with the Red Sox you will be drafting 1 diamond, 1 gold, and 1 silver players to upgrade your squad. If you have the A's.....well, let's just say you will be doing a lot of drafting!

We are an older bunch who don't take this too seriously. Winning at all costs is not in our DNA. If this sounds like something you may be interested in please drop me an email (I probably won't respond here).

Is there anyway to get Ohtani to play in the outfield? Or can you get him to bat if he is pitching (if league has DH turned on)?

If DH is turned on I can’t find anyway to get him in the batter’s box.
