Can you open these packs on the website?

I redeemed the offer but when I go to the Stubs shop on the computer it says the Stubs Shop is unavailable.

When does it drop?

Would anyone be interested in joining a league using diamond dynasty cards from only one team (your choice of course)?

Difficulty: HoF
Short season with the majority making the playoffs.
