Just write out the whole message in the first post. "Any Memorial day content today", "does SDS normally do Memorial day things". You acknowledged that your post would start an argument and being vague to start didn't help.

They could be tanking for the cumulative wins rewards instead of trying to reach WS

im new, what does this mean? whats the difference? do u mean if you give up runs your lvl wont increase?

They may not be good enough or enjoy the game on HoF or Legend, so they'll win a few, lose a few and once they get 40 wins they get the World Series pack.

Find a camera that works for you, it isn't impossible to see what pitches are going into the dirt. Will you get fooled? Of course, that's baseball. Learning tendencies, being patient and experience will get you where you need to be. Handicaps and crutches to improve only hurt the game. Last year you could foul off pitches repeatedly even with egregious swings. Just improve your patience and tendencies and you'll be better off. I wish I versed people that threw 50 dirtballs a game, that's a lot of free bases.

Hampton (IV)
Marquez (III)
87 Oswalt (III)

What brings up my curiosity is the new 96 Oswalt in TA2. Would I be able to use the 87, then replace him with the 96 and not have any loss of stamina? Or does it base it off rotation slot this year?

I’m trying to get away with only using the Hampton, Marquez, 87 Oswalt, and the 96 Oswalt until I get more SP options for my theme team. Will I run into any issues doing this?

If you replace the 87 with the 96, the 87 will not gain stamina back until you slot him back into your rotation.

Sutton is a pretty good bet.

Standard Swing until 2 strikes and then I contact swing. Never use power swing.

There's a lot of variety in the players you can have, it's still early in the games cycle so there's fewer options. As the game progresses there will be many 99 players to choose from that fit your playstyle and team build.

That said, there's always going to be a Meta in games, regardless of what they are. There are a finite number of great players right now and if you're trying to compete online at the highest levels, you have to use the current best cards.

I have Perez but I really don't like using him. Looking to upgrade now.

Exactly, if I'm getting smoked by someone that's beast at the game, just tip my cap and onto the next one.

I don't think we get Jeter in the middle of the game. He'd be a selling point and one of the main guys.

All-Star seems a bit better this year as far as pitchers being effective, at least in my opinion. Last year was miserable trying to get through All-Star.

How does the card look? Is it going to be viable?
