Can anyone help me with this? It’s the reason I gave up playing last year. I want to play ranked but it keeps saying challenge failed.

Can anyone help me out? I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone but no one ever responds. I need help trying to figure out why I can not play ranked seasons.

Hey everyone, does anyone know or is anyone else having this problem? I have been able to play ranked since the game came out however in the past 3 days every time I try to play a ranked game or any online games for this matter my game will find an opponent then it will just say challenge failed after about 30 seconds? I have tried playing a every stadium available along with changing my jerseys to default and MLB teams. If anyone can be of any help I would much appreciate it.
