Does anyone know how to turn on pitcher walk out songs?

I’m trying to sell one of my players and he is out of my lineup but it still says that he is in use.

Whenever I try to play, the login screen says “New active user” and then my username. This then doesn’t let me control my players. For example, whenever I try to play RTTS or diamond dynasty, it won’t let me control my player or teams. Please help.
