I continue to have issues receiving my wheels spin rewards. I have landed on diamond a few times and not gotten the rewards but most recently I have landed on 25k stubs and didn’t receive the reward. Any ideas why

I can’t load my franchise. I have three different Xbox’s in my home, doesn’t work on any of them. Worked fine until the update. Used default rosters. Downloaded roster update Monday and since then hasn’t worked.
