How many attempts did it actually take you? I once tried searching for a RS game for 15 minutes and couldn't get into a game.
I've also had the same issue since launch, and it's the first MLB game where I have this problem. Someone from support replied to me but the troubleshooting they told me about where things I already did, but if someone else replies to me I'll let you know.
I'm in Egypt and I have the same issue since day 1. My ticket hasn't been responded to in around 2 weeks now, and I'm also missing out on all the stuff you have and I can only play conquest, moments and showdown, and I finally want to take that grind team online. A good amount of people here and on reddit are facing the same issue and I don't think it has anything to do with internet because I tried it in 2 different houses. I also played '18, '19 and '20 with no issues whatsoever. Hopefully they get it fixed quickly because the only reason I got PS Plus was for this game.
