Having the same issue as all of you. Really wish I had checked the forums first before attempting to link my Xbox to the account today. Currently, it looks like the reason my progress is gone is that both by Xbox and PS are linked to my Show Account, but my "The Show" account is somehow not linked, even though I'm signed in with those credentials? It says I'm signed in on the left panel, but where the PSN and Xbox show connected it says Not Connected. I'm guessing this is what everyone else sees as well?
If you are on a PS5, you may want to try installing the PS4 version on your PS5 then start it up and you may have your stuff back. Worked for a few people on here and the PS4 version on the PS5 looks pretty good until a real fix come out.

New development! Now I can't even log into the The Show My Account Page lmao. Get an error and now it's locked for too many attempts. Could log in last night no problem. Hopefully this means they're working on the issues.
I don’t know.. I been signing in and out all day of all my accounts with no issues. Except the obvious

This is unacceptable.. the servers are one thing but literally making thousands of people lose hundreds of dollars is another.. I sincerely hope that everyone affected is rewarded for their patience if fixed or reimbursed for every penny if we all truly lost our money.

I have hours of playtime and tons of items on my main ps5 account but the second I linked xbox to it I lost everything. Nothing shows on my account on the website either. I contacted SDS and they have been zero help. I keep reading to unlink the account but I can’t find how. I did in game on Xbox and on the site it still says connected. And the site doesn’t offer any option to unlink.. I’m so [censored] frustrated right now. Does anyone know the fix?!
