This bug has existed since MLB 21, but if you're invited to the Futures Game you aren't able to participate in it. It seems like the game that your player is scheduled to play in always takes priority over the Futures Game, so the game is just passed over.

Is there something you are unable to do in the game? If not then you have everything you paid for.

The app is completely separate, no one paid for the app and if you did then you got conned.

Yup, this happens with wrist guards for fielding gear.

Currently, for each batting stance you put on a card, they have 3 stride options: default for the stance (whatever that may be), a short "toe lift" type, and a big leg kick. It would be really cool if other strides like toe taps could be put arbitrarily on any stance instead of only on stances of players who toe tap IRL.

For a concrete example, Francisco Lindor's stance in game doesn't have a toe tap (since he doesn't toe tap in real life) but it'd be cool to use that stance and add a toe tap to it.

It's minor, but this would be a cool customization option for RTTS players

I've played probably ~30 games or so this year and today, I looked and saw that all my stats are gone now as if I've never played a game. Is this a bug? SDS pls fix.

EDIT: Hopped into a ranked game and my record showed up as expected. This game is very buggy

Tons of players have the wrong equipment/missing equipment this year in MLB 22. Is there a plan to fix this at some point?

Examples:

• Lindor is wearing mizuno cleats and not his new balance lindor 1 (which are in the game)
• No mizuno gloves
• No nike catching gear
• trout is using a mizuno bat and marucci batting gloves while not wearing his trout nike cleats

There are more, but these were some of the quick ones I noticed without doing much digging

Would be nice to get some resolution on that SDS considering it's been in the game for the entire lifecycle so far.

EDIT: for context SDS, if you do decide to try to fix this, if you make it to the WS in RTTS and win, regardless of if you play the game or simulate the game, the entire application freezes. This makes it impossible to continue on past this point.

I finished collections really late last year and even though I ended up being horrible with Mickey, it still helped in unlocking the 99 Mike Trout they released as the big collection reward due to all of the intermediate cards you get.

As far as a better 3B and better CF, chipper is debatably one of the best 3B cards we'll get all year, and even then he has SS and LF secondaries so if we get a truly superior 3B he can be moved around. Soriano is a fantastic 2B and OF card as well, and Ortiz is probably the best lefty pure hitter. Will those cards be the end-all be-all? No. Do you absolutely need to do collections? No. Are they worth it at pretty much any point in the game's lifecycle? I'd argue so.

This is what I was doing; he managed to still freeze it though. In any case, it worked out because this morning I checked my console and was pleasantly surprised to see that his console disconnected and I had gotten the win. Blocked him, reporting him shortly, and glad to move on from it.

Currently stuck in a freeze off triggered by my opponent after messaging me on PSN saying "you should have accepted my friendly quit" (they are currently losing 2-0). Would post the username but I think that gets you banned on the forums. Here's an image taken from the current game in progress on my console. I'm currently leaving my console on and preventing it from sleeping just so that I don't quit out of the game early and give the scumbag a win, but I'd love for an official resolution from SDS on this game. I just want to play but now I'm stuck in a situation where quitting out gives this cheeser a win.

What difficulty are you playing on? Counterintuitively, having a PCI that is too big actually makes it slightly harder to get good contact since your PCI covers most of the strike zone and being in the PCI doesn't guarantee good contact. you generally need to be closer to the center to square a ball up, and a larger PCI goes against that. Try changing the difficulty up to veteran or all star (my recommendation) if you haven't already, and if you are playing on those higher difficulties just head into custom practice mode/challenge of the week and take BP.

If you pick the BP option, I recommend that you put the difficulty on a speed where you can ensure that you are consistently putting PCI on baseball. Your brain will adjust to the speeds, but if you aren't good at aiming the PCI then practicing on legend with max sliders won't do much for you.

I wish SDS would make it possible for people who deny the two-way option in favor of being a position player only to add secondary positions like we could back in MLB 20. I don't like how my position player only SS can't play 2B or 3B and has a SP secondary even though he pitched one game in the minors only.

Yeah if you're gonna play only RTTS, just play MLB 20

Yup this is from last year as well; seems like it never got addressed.

The save is still in the file management screen, but I'm unable to load into it in RTTS. Annoying since I was in the majors already. Seems to have been because of the most recent update; anyone else have this?

Stat bonuses 100% don't work for equipment. It's pretty annoying since without the equipment boosts my diamond tier perk has a tiny PCI due to the contact rating in the 50s
