What is platform exclusivitiy? I can't link anything?

Helllo? SDS? Do you guys even care about this? This is legitimate robbery. I purchased the pre order edition for 100 dollars, and I also purchased an additional stub package. All my pre order rewards, all my progress up to date, all my stubs are completely gone from my account. You took my money and ran and haven't responded to me here, or any single ticket I've created through email. Not one single time have I heard from you and this was over a month ago.

Haven't gotten a single email from SDS on the reports I've filed. I've received none of my stubs, players, or progress back to my account. I want my God [censored] money back for my pre order and my stubs.

What is Platforms exclusivity? I keep getting that error.

Double XP Weekend and I can't play because my account reset. I don't want to grind double XP rewards on an account that doesn't have any of my rewards on it. I determined that this account, The_Red, has all my progress saved to it, but somehow another account is made on MLB the Show website with my PSN Red_Devil_Red81, and that account doesn't have any progress saved. Thus, wiping my PS4 of all my progress. It won't allow me to link my PSN to this The Show account that actually has my progress saved.
