So I just bought J Ram bc I need to finish the Guardians collection but haven’t locked him in yet in hopes of his price going up and being super charged. Is that valid or should I just finish the collection and be done with the Guardians? It won’t get me much closer to the AL Central or AL reward anytime soon.

The 84 Evan Carter rakes and can run. My favorite by far. None of the bosses really standout for me.

I don’t flip. I don’t have the time or energy for that. But if I have an item that usually sells for 2,000 but someone knocked it down 500 stubs, that’s a big loss for that one card. I try to wait it out but it seems like once it happens, the value stays down. I wouldn’t sweat it if I was a flipper but I need every stub I can.

It doesn’t help that there are people that don’t know to price the items one stub less or more. I will never understand why people will try to sell an item for 500 stubs less.

It’s been good so far. I’ve got all 30 moments done and grinding conquest maps with the silvers to get their PXP done. I’m loving the power creep as it poses a challenge and I know will make playing with diamonds more enjoyable.

Apologies if this has already been answered… I never have any issues receiving my Twitch packs. My accounts are linked perfectly, not just for The Show but all games. I still have not received my 30 Twitch packs and wasn’t sure if others were affected. Appreciate the input. Game is great!

I’m betting on Carlos Beltran. The way each program has a switch hitter makes me think. I doubt Bonds. But I also think Ichiro will be announced. They almost always put new HOF folks in.

Is anyone else feeling a bit under the weather? I’m thinking I will have to take a sick day tomorrow. I sure hate to sit at home all day with nothing to do…

This is my quick thought on the information they gave us for the stream today… I am very excited that no matter when I turn the game on throughout the next year, it certainly appears that there will be something to play for. Even if it is just repeating diamond quest, Events, or any other mode, I’m very happy that the devs are giving us the chance for meaningful grinds and almost constantly being able to receive packs and stubs. I know a lot of people are going to find it as a chore to complete some of the team affinity teams but with them adding players throughout the year, I think we can all agree that it will be significantly better than last year. I for one am very excited and this is coming from someone who put 500 hours in MLBTS24.

It may just be me, but I feel like 24 was almost a filler while they worked on 25. I agree that content lacked and it was too easy to complete programs in 1-2 hours. I think SDS knew that sets and seasons were not a hit like they expected so they knew scrapping it was the plan for 25. The reset is going to be great and I think they started focusing on this year by the time the summer hit last year. It’s totally understandable and I for one appreciate them listening to the community. I’m hoping we have a steady dose of content like we did in the past with player programs, more incentives with collections, etc. I fully expect this year to be one of, if not the best and well received years we’ve had. Time will tell.

Agreed. I preorder and get the twitch packs. I don’t flip but sell dupes and hope for pack luck. I finished the collection last year on April 7th, so about 3 weeks to finish. I don’t hardly play online so I couldn’t care less who gets what cards when. I enjoy the power creep and feel accomplished when I get the LS done. I’m really happy that sets and seasons are gone so I have more incentive to parallel cards this year. After playing for years and being on this forum, I know everyone can’t be pleased and trolls are going to complain about something. “Too many 99s on Day 1, power creep is boring, graphics suck, why can’t we use our OP RTTS player in DD, SDS doesn’t listen, etc.” I think they do a great job of responding with what they can. How many other game developers send out surveys and actually try to make as many happy as possible? Kudos to them and y’all enjoy 25. I know I will.

Under. I’m thinking 6 vouchers. Probably a 50 star program. Maybe the last reward will be a gold choice pack redeemable on ‘25. Or an 85 diamond.

So I got bored and decided to go back and look at the LS Collections from '21 - '24. I made a file of every team, division, league, and overall collection reward. I also added my guess for '25. I know there are legal issues with players, but hey, no harm in guessing. I also color coded the Golds and Diamonds so you can quickly see how SDS picked by team. Enjoy! Didn’t mean anyone one of you all in particular. Apologies. I mean as a whole, I’ve read a ton of positive posts from folks or just general questions and it’s a shame others drag them for liking a game we all play and pay for. If it’s so bad for those that always gripe, just stop playing and wasting time on these threads. SDS I’m sure does their best and can’t make everyone happy but doesn’t intentionally try to hurt the players. The fact they even try to make adjustments says a lot considering most gaming companies and others generally don’t care and will do anything necessary to make a buck, including never asking for feedback or charging crazy prices for the same product. Yeah micro transactions are here to stay but with all the NMS folks and skills still mattering to an extent, at least it isn’t pay to win. Let’s all be thankful we have time to play a sport we love even in video game form and feel like kids again. Us guys never grow up, we just get older so let’s enjoy it while we can. Peace!

@YOSHI24 Thank you too. And I know I said casual, but I misspoke I guess. I do play a lot and grind more than the average player. It’s funny how I tried to make a positive post encouraging others to just enjoy what they can and how they can and some folks find a way to turn it negative.

@Orcin52 I have about 200+ hours in. I’ll make sure to complete all of the programs and I do not flip cards. I did get lucky this year and pulled Trout And some weaker diamonds, but nothing special. I will say that I also in my free time will grind out RTTS Until I get the diamond equipment and sell all of it as well as the perks. This has made me a ton of stubs that I use. I play those games on beginner and just smash home runs. It may be a slog, but it’s allowed me to essentially buy what cards I want. I try not to spend more than 10 K for a card.

@Loyal-Wiglaf True. My wife is a flight attendant and usually has trips on the weekends. I typically have all the time that I want to play and grind, so yeah, I’ve put in a lot in the game. I’m just casual in the sense that I don’t get into the sweaty online matches because I’m not good and I get frustrated quickly. I play the conquest and mini season games on rookie if that says anything about my ability on the sticks.
