I did manage to pull one diamond in one of the packs with the slow animation. Has anyone been able to fix the issue yet? I'm still getting the bugged animation.

Last gen so it appears that this is occurring on all platforms.

I'm having the same issue, SDS hasn't responded. Are you on next gen or last gen?

It's definitely a bug tho. Because every once and a while, a pack will open with the faster animation. Also I haven't pulled any good cards in the packs which gave me the bugged animation so I'm a bit skeptical to open any more packs until SDS acknowledges the issue.

Not sure where I post this but I'm having an issue ever since the most recent update (5-21-22) where when I open standard show packs the animation goes in slow motion and the pack takes a solid 7-10 seconds to open. Small issue I know, but the time really adds up when I'm opening dozens of packs (in some cases I open like 50 packs at once). Anyone else having this issue? (playing on XB1) The packs used to open very fast.
