Yep, makes me wonder if they even tested any of it before releasing it. Get all excited about moments and what happens? Can't play them because of a glitch the moment it is released.

Same here. It's like they don't even test content for bugs before it. So much for having anything to do with these moments anytime today, or soon, I am guessing.

Seems like the same glitch is affecting a ton of people.

Does anyone check this before releasing them? It says I have completed 25/25 of the Stage 1 moments, and yet it tells me Stage 2 moments are still locked. Lovely.

Propose any idea here, even if it is a good one, and all you get are personal attacks.

Then people wonder why some of us choose to avoid online play. It's that childish, immature toxicity that makes me avoid playing head to head games.

That same toxicity is literally costing you potential customers playing more online, SDS. I really wish you would crack down on the behavior on this site. Have fun arguing everyone. I am off to have a life away from this silliness.

I would love to never play any vs CPU games but I have to for cards. I don't want to play it, but I'm forced to achieve certain rewards. It goes both ways.

I said it would be nice to be able to skip ONE challenge. ONE. As a gift to players. As if you guys have never, ever struggles with ONE challenge before that frustrated you. And last I checked, online players have the same opportunity to play offline challenges as offline players, regardless of the amount of content. It's toxicity like yours that causes people to NOT play online and NOT interact with people. You being toxic literally costs SDS potential customers, so next time you rant about where we are as a "species," you may want to look in the mirror, sir.

To point 1, you dont need to take a step to steal 2nd, and for third you can take a step, R1.

My problem was I was given control to steal, but with 2 strikes and 2 outs a lot, so it was foul balls or a K ending the inning. And doubles are stupid, I hit 2 HRs in 1 game, stupid. I love coming to the plate with runner on 2nd, get walked. Cant do either after that.

Except they start a windup before you get your normal lead on pitch 1.

I don't know how, but I finished all the offline missions by some major miracle. The two doubles and a stolen base was the hardest one for me, oddly.

But I want to point out a few things, if anyone at SDS is paying attention.

1. It would be nice for players who haven't beat these challenges if you let Robinson actually get a full leadoff, or extend his leadoff in these moments before the pitcher starts his windup. Especially when you are accelerating the counts to 1-1 2-2, etc. Not cool. Nothing like needing a stolen base to beat a challenge and the pitcher starts his windup before you can get a lead properly.

2. Stop making completing a program contingent upon playing completing some things online. Sure, you can get the Robinson diamond card if you beat all the offline and conquest challenges, but to get the rewards beyond that, you are forced to play online. And as a 40-something year-old player, I don't want the toxic nonsense that comes along with it. Give us the option to complete these offline if we choose. Tons of other customers are saying the same thing on here today.

3. I noticed that there were some offline missions left uncompleted in Jackie Robinson's Stage 1 of this program. But because I completed 35 Program points/stars/whatever in them, I cannot go back and get those points even if I complete those goals.

Huh? What kind of nonsense is that? Really?

Anyway, my two cents, and plenty of others on here today are posting the same thing.

a lot of your points are excellent but i will say that i HATE offline moments and would prefer more ONLINE moments to counteradjust these nonsense 'total 7 base moments' etc.

The 7 base moment is horrific.

Yes, but how can we have everything if we're not entitled to everything? We should always have everything we want, because we want everything, no? Didn't Super Mario Bros. on NES give you the princess for free after 10 unsuccessful runs? Or was it 20? Mike Tyson's Punch Out took a knee for a 10 count on your 3rd try though, that I'm sure. I remember refusing to play CoD but getting the trophy on PSN anyway, because I needed them.

Being entitled to free things is not the same as equality. You sound like a Bernie supporter.

Oddly that was easy for me compared to this shutout mission. Solo HRs late every time.

Give us one free pass per season to skip any one mission. Sitting here wondering how I can possibly give up a solo homer in NINE straight games on veteran in this Eckersley shutout mission, ALL in the 6th inning or later. In real life that would be a MLB record. I hate this mission soooooooo much.
